Five Suspects Arrested on Suspicion of Placing Grenade near National Assembly

Phnom Penh: 5 suspects, 4 Chinese and 1 Cambodian, were arrested by the Cambodia police on suspicion of placing a grenade inside a cake near the National Assembly and a second one in front NagaWorld casino in Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkar Mon, Phnom Penh, at 6:00 AM on December 15, 2022

Deputy Commissioner General and National Police spokesman Chhay Kimkhoeun confirmed to EAC news by telegram on the morning of December 16 that authorities had detained the five suspects for questioning after placing a grenade near the National Assembly and NagaWorld.
